To secure applicant passports against loss, VFS Global enforces strict courier return protocols. Your return address must be verified during pre-registration and booking.
Once passport packages are handed over to the courier partners, you will receive an automated tracking notification. Delivery is executed only upon verifying the original receipt letter and applicant identity documents at the doorstep.
Applicants entering physical VFS Global application centers in Bangladesh must undergo metal detector checks and baggage scans. The following items are strictly prohibited inside the center:
- All camera types, recording tools, audio equipment, or laptops.
- Flammable substances, matchsticks, lighters, or aerosols.
- Large bags, suitcases, or luggage backpacks.
Mandatory Security Advisory
Auxiliary services (Courier, Premium Lounge, Photocopy, and Translation) are fully optional and are structured to improve your submission experience. Selecting premium lounge services does not guarantee faster visa processing times or embassy approval. All visa decisions remain solely at the discretion of the partner embassy's consular officers.
