1. Online Forms

Complete the official application form online via the diplomatic mission's portal. Print the confirmation page.

2. Biometric Capture

10-digit fingerprint scans and a live digital photograph will be captured at the center. Ensure fingertips are free of henna.

3. Track Status

Use the unique Tracking ID provided on your receipt to monitor your application progress online in real-time.

Do I need an appointment to submit my application? ▼

Yes. All applicants must book a prior appointment to visit the Visa Application Center. Walk-ins are not permitted unless specifically authorized for medical emergencies.

Can someone else collect my passport on my behalf? ▼

Passports can only be collected by the applicant or an authorized representative holding a valid authorization letter, the original receipt, and government-issued ID.
